At Reejh, we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Since our products are carefully sourced and quality-checked, we follow a clear and transparent cancellation and exchange policy.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number and registered contact details.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders placed during sale, festive offers, or special promotions cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges to ensure the best fit and satisfaction for our customers.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item or size was delivered
• There is a manufacturing defect

To qualify for an exchange:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact

Customers are required to share clear images or videos of the issue while requesting an exchange.


Exchange Process

  1. Email or contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and product images highlighting the issue.

  3. Once approved, instructions for return or exchange will be provided.

  4. The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags or packaging


Refunds

Currently, Reejh does not offer refunds unless the product is out of stock for replacement or the issue cannot be resolved through exchange.

In such cases, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


Important Notes

• Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting and photography. These are not considered defects.
• Please review size charts carefully before placing an order.
• Reejh reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
