• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 6–8 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹ 1500/-.
• A standard shipping fee of ₹ 50/- applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking ID via email or SMS
• A tracking link to monitor your order in real time

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing the order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unavailability of the customer
• Refusal to accept the order

The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.

Reejh will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged Package

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please:

• Do not accept the package
• Contact us immediately with photos or video proof

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Reejh ships only within India.
We may introduce international shipping in the future.
